In this course we will deepen on a fundamental actor in the clinic. The patient. In this course we will thoroughly investigate the particularities of the patients in the clinic: their preferences, perceptions, the type of service they prefer and the impact that patient satisfaction has on the structure of the clinic. Thanks to all this, the clinic will obtain values that will allow it to achieve a strong positioning and maintain its sustainability over time.
Objectives
- Present a design that prepares all possible interactions with the patient throughout his or her visit to the clinic.
- To know the patient's perception of the service offered.
- To investigate the patient's choice of our clinic and the treatment they receive during their stay in the clinic.
- To understand how the clinics put treatments in place based on what patients are looking for or expect to find.
- Distinguish which mechanisms fail and what is the way we can renew those services within our clinic facing the patient.
